• How you will be using the image (publication, project, software, magazine, brochure, web, etc.)
• If the image will be used for commercial or editorial use
• The distribution of the product where the image will be featured (i.e, number of print runs)
• How long you will need to use the image (number of months, years, or unlimited)
• When you need the image by
• The size of the image you will require
• The URL of the photo you would like to use or the posting date and post title
• Your company name and address (for billing)
• The person to contact regarding the request to include phone number and email address

• You will use the photo only for the purposes in which your request stated and HamptonRoadsDailyPhoto agreed upon
• You will not use the photo licensed more than once per fee assessed
• You will not sell or transfer the licensed image to any other person, stock photography site, company or organization or for use in any other product 
• You will credit the image as required per license
